Funkychiken
Hi All, I've been a member since 2013, but not posted a topic. I've got 3 cars on the go right now in various states of completeness, I've not finished a car in over 2 years! So I'm trying to get back in the groove and get some motivation. I'll be posting my WIP builds soon. For now, I thought I would start to upload some of my previous work. This car is not my favourite type of car, but I loved the build. The only extra details were seatbelts, buckles and door locks. it was airbrushed with an acrylic designed for fabrics - which was kind of purple / gold pearlescent finish, it doesn't show in the pics. Then finished with hand painted Future, which gives it a satin sheen, I didn't like it and wont be using it again... Enjoy the pics, some of you may have seen them on another forum... RestoModGuy
While not a fan of this style of customizing personally, Atin, I do admire your very nice build and detailing. Paint looks great too
cobraman
Nice clean model.
disconovaman
The interior looks real! Nice job. I think everyone should build a model with this style customizing done to it. It's a symbol of all different styles and represents individual tastes.

crazyjim
Super interior. Very nice color and finish. I've always loved that never ending line stuff. How did you do that?
Metal Man
I love pleasant surprises like this! I saw "92 cougar lowrider" and thought 'really??' (no offense), but as I've seen on here before, a great builder and build can make different subject matter really pop! Awesome, straight, clean build - well done sir! Funkychiken
Thanks for the kind comments guys, and the never ending lines on this kit were decals that came with the kit. It was one of those 3 in 1 kits. I would normally do the street racer version, but it was a tad boring! Here's the box art...
Maindrian Pace
Who knew that version of that kit could look so good? Fantastic.
