Ford Small Block Headers

Might anyone know where I can find Ford small block headers such as these in resin or kit?  Thank you.

The Monogram/Revell 1/24 T Bucket kit's header are probably as close as you'll find, but you'd need to tweak the spacing in the two middle primary tubes:

 

Maybe one of the AMT Sprint Car kits had a SBF?
