Thanks to member, Paul Gardner, my #1, 1968 Corvette is complete. He sent me the driver's door mirror. And #2, 1958 Impala is also complete. He sent me the front fender chrome fins I was missing. Thanks Paul. Owe you one!20171004_183129.thumb.jpg.2550d418ee049c20171004_183527.thumb.jpg.0ebe13564c8a42

They both look very nice. It would be nice to see additional photos if possible. I glad that you built the AMT Impala, always liked that kit.

Love em, especially the ‘68 Vette. Just saw an episode of Wheeler Dealers with a ‘Vette exactly like this and made me want to build one. What kit is the ‘68 Corvette?

These kits are ones I built back in the 80s and 90s. Decided to start building again. These were box stock and not a lot of detail. About 50 of them . Some need some repairs, some need to go to bone yard. A lot of NASCAR models back then. Was going to re-build them but was told by members of the site it might be best to leave them the way they were built and use as a comparison. So once I get through these I can start on some new ones. Can't tell you much on the models. Long time again. I'm up to #6. I have a total number of 135, built, partial built, and new. Will built them in order. I put them in this thread by number as I repair/ clean them and put them back in their cases. Putting a shelf all the way around my office/mancave so I can see them as I finish them. (See under "General"/ "Shelf" I'm amazed at the work the members of this site put in their builds and hope to be half as good one day. Thanks

Terry
