Sport Suburban Posted February 10, 2018 Posted February 10, 2018 69 Pontiac Grand Prix. Another one of my completed restorations of an MPC kit. I really like these cars and have to do a 71 and 72 also. I just really like the look of these 69 and 70 Grand Prix best. I was stuck trying to pick a color for this and it was almost a raspberry red. It is now Testors Anthresite Grey metallic. It was previously built in a similar color.

I looked everywhere for a 4-door Pontiac kit but there does not seem to be one available. This is because I wanted to build a replica of a Pontiac Parisienne that I once owned as a real car. The car was a 1968 model from Canada and right hand drive. Photo here for you. David

They came in the original kit but mine had used the other ones. My unbuilt 70 kit had them so I used them on this one.
