Hello,

While I did not get any further on the BMW Mini, I tried a metal model.

I saw this at a flea market and could not resist. However, the paint was battered and I did not like the color too much. It was so mint / light green and above white.

I have stripped it completely and painted it in Candy Flame Red, as well as on the top in white and with a Revell varnish, which has a metallic effect. Should probably be intended for the Airbus.

But now the pictures.

I also completely cut out the loading area and made it real again using real wood (chopsticks from the big M).

And the bumpers were chrome-plated by means of Molotov, before were white.
