Belugawrx Posted May 4, 2019 Posted May 4, 2019 The old liveries and colourful drivers were great fun to watch back in the day. I really like these amt Indy cars, Indycal decals worked great, polished beer can metal for mirrors,...Seem to have a bunch of that material around...? Heeeerrrs Arie 1 :25th Figure from GF Models www.fg-models.eu ...(seems that's broken) excellent sculpting Fun build, I hope to get as many of these as I can. Thanks for looking in Q. afx Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 Turned out great Bruce. You did a great job getting the engine cover to fit. Quote
Gramps46 Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 Great build and photos too. Please keep them coming. Quote
Curt Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 Excellent work on this one, Bruce! I built this kit right after it came out, but not as well as you did. The kit decals were way too thin and didn’ t show up against the black so I ended up buying a second kit so I could double up on the decals to make it look right. This was way before the internet and eBay. I loved these AMT kits, though, as they were simple but built up nicely. Quote
ismaelg Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Beautiful execution of a beautiful car in one of the most elegant and beautiful liveries ever! Great job! Now I want to dig some stalled Indy car projects... Quote
