StevenGuthmiller
AMT "Customizing Series". The '66 T-Bird kit has that tree. I think all of the kits in that series had them. Steve
Mike999
Those parts are from one of the AMT "Prestige Series" kits, released about 1987. Some Prestige Series kits, like the Mercedes Gullwing, included the display/diorama parts like yours. Other Prestige kits, like the '65 Lincoln, had a display base and pen holder. One Prestige kit was totally different, the '63 Corvette convertible. It had the old AMT Drag Strip Parts Pack with the vintage TV camera, loudspeakers, lights etc. In 1987 that Parts Pack had not been seen or reissued since the early 1960s, so it was a welcome surprise. The kit also had the Corvette hardtop that had not been seen in many years, and IIRC the stock hubcaps. There was also a "Customizing Series," as Steve mentioned. Kits in that series included some evil A+B epoxy putty and customizing tools that weren't very useful. Don Sikora II
That tree was in the AMT Customizing Series kits from the late 1980s. Think that series included the ‘49 Mercury, ‘50 Ford convertible, ‘66 Thunderbird, and ‘66 Buick Wildcat. Pretty sure the last reissue of the ‘66 T-Bird from about 12-15 years ago included the tree too.
DukeE
AMT/Ertl Prestige kits IIRC. Late 80's, since display car is a 84-up Corvette. Series had 63 Galaxie ht, 63 Impala ht, "69" Corvair ht, 65 Lincoln convert, Silhouette show car, and the 55 Benz 300 SL gullwing that I recall. Yeah, now I recall it was Customizing series. Sorry. Bucky
I built the '63 Studebaker Avanti from the old Prestige kit, and it had that tree full of parts, too.

The Drag Strip Accessory Pack was included in a short-lived kit issued in the late Sixties: the ACcellerator custom Corvette (itself based on that nasty '68 Corvette kit that AMT cobbed together for '68 only). The Deora-based Alexander's Dragtime kit may have included it also, but I'm not 100% certain about that one. The hardtop in the Prestige Series '63 Corvette was newly tooled for that issue, as was the convertible body and the stock wheel covers (and the raised convertible top for the "regular" version issued around the same time). Rocking Rodney Rat
Thanks. I think I originally obtained these in the '49 Mercury kit which was what I was thinking they came from.... -RRR
