RAMBENNA Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 I like it all , very good looking build. you did a fine job.
89AKurt Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 It's not something I would build, but really appreciate seeing a scarce subject get done so well! I've lost track of "spent too much" kits, if it makes you happy, that's more important than eating lobster. The wheels get a pass, look good with this car, the stock look with narrow tires about a foot inside the fender are not my thing. But what is with the opera window? I recall vertical louvers in a vertical trapezoid shape.
TooOld Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 Great looking '73 Cutlass ! I agree that larger wheels can look much better than stock but 17" maybe 18" is the limit for me .

The Hurst Olds in 73 is the only one that had this shape window.

ybsluos Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Wicked cool Tim. You may have spent a lot on the kit but the outcome should soften the blow to your wallet! You should be proud man.- Mark
Lobo2me Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Cool....I like the wheels on this baby. Like a cloud flying down the highway!
Steve H Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 I missed this one first time around. Beautiful build Tim, I love the pro touring style, this car captures the look perfectly. Great stuff!!

To me those large diameter wheels make a car, whether a model or a 1:1, look like a toy. Maybe that's the intention. Steve I usually agree with Steve on this one 100%, but this is one of the very few that I think the wheels look perfect on.... Excellent choice!... and the color combo is really stunning.... Very cool, nice work!??

I don’t like anything bigger then a 22-23 or if the car is sky high in the air. That looks stupid to me.
