Repstock
After trying to build the new full-bumper Camaro kit, I realized I was never going to be happy with it. I decided to build an old MPC kit, update it with the new parts, and try again to make a 1973 Camaro.

Curt
Hi Tom, I know you mastered a grille; did you also master this front end and if so any plans to have someone cast it for sale? Also I assume the AMT parts you used had to be narrowed to fit the MPC body.

I cast about 10 front ends and grilles, but never thought about offering them as a kit. A caster friend of mine is doing the bumpers, I can't do 2-piece molds. The AMT chassis, surprisingly, only needs the chassis behind the rear wheel wells narrowed, and the rear wheel well shape finessed. The rest fits as is. espo
A lot of outsourcing for parts and it looks great the way you're building this.
