Revell GTO 66

I built this a few months back, never got around to take photos of it , so here it is. No issues, it builds really well , much like their 60's chevy series. Out of the box, engine was painted but not detailed (I need to get better at detailing engines) so I left the hood shut. Tamiya Chrome yellow. Stock wheels with the better looking AMT's pad printed Good year.

Beautiful looking paint finish and the color is bright. I like the OEM looking stance and the cleanly trimmed body.

Thanks Bob,I like Tamiya spray lacquers. I wish they would add more colors for cars. Not complaining though, I can always mix my custom colors, a little more work but hey, that's the fun of building.

Thanks Mike. I hear a lot about the GTO being the first American muscle car. Great looking car that withstood the test of time.

Thanks Tom. I doubt they ever offered the GTO in that color but ,like they say, I did it because I can.
