The Fast and The Furious Supra

I built this from the AMT kit that's been in my stash since I bought it new in 2003.

When I bought it I had no intention of building it and I took the engine, the wheels & tires and the NOS tanks out of it. I recently remembered that I never did use the wheels & tires for that other project, so if I glued the hood shut, and grabbed a couple of NOS tanks out of another kit, I could still build it.

Because it doesn't have an engine, I didn't intend on opening the hood vents, but after having to strip the hood twice because I screwed up detailing them, I decided it would be easier to just cut them out.

Never saw the movies but I like the cars and yours is very nicely done. The exterior color is very well done and the wheels, tires and disc brakes look great.
