62rebel
is there a kit of the Speedway style "track T" roadster? i realize that their 1:1 car is their own design and protected, but has anyone come close to replicating it?
Joe Handley
I thought it was a pretty close clone of the turtleback T roadsters for a body and you can build the frame to suit your needs suspension wise on the 1/1 cars.
Greg Myers
Is this the car of which you speak? I believe it is a '27 Ford roadster, of which there are none in plastic. You may find some in resin. The rest would be up to your own scrounging of parts.
Greg Myers
Bandit Resin Parts and Accessories - 27 T
62rebel
that resin kit actually looks more like a real t than speedway's glass body does..... not often the kit is more "realistic" than the real thing! looks well worth the 20 bucks for a startoff point. Eric Stone
You can get a Jimmy Flintstone casting that looks pretty much the same as the Bandit piece shown above for ~$10 on eBay, but it'll need a bit of cleanup. Dunno if the Bandit piece is any cleaner or not, as I've not seen one in person.
