Lownslow Posted August 12, 2012 Posted August 12, 2012 i dont like convertibles rarely if ever build one for myself but for other people im cool with it this one is for my little brother. i curbed the car to speed up the build opened the trunk to add some speaker detail. the wheels im using are upscaled RX7 FB rotaries i wanted the car to have a retro but modern wheel.
hgbben Posted August 12, 2012 Posted August 12, 2012 Agree with the Dr. I like the 1st wheel you have in the pics
Lownslow Posted August 12, 2012 Author Posted August 12, 2012 had some left overs squeezed a light coat on this, shes going to be all box stock
Lownslow Posted August 13, 2012 Author Posted August 13, 2012 paint still has fumes coming off it but itll be back in the dehydrator tomorrow, decided to add a small sticker bomb and roll bar to make it more than box stock

Lownslow Posted August 27, 2012 Author Posted August 27, 2012 look at the gloss, the damage to the paint wasnt as bad as it looked took some sanding and some retouching and it was back to schedule
Draggon Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 That is soo cool! I dig the rims and those low profile tires.

Modlbldr Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I love the work that you've done on this. I wouldn't have figured the wheels would look good, but they actually fit the car quite well. Nice job. Later-
