Greg Myers
Harley Drag Bike..... Triumph Drag Bike..... Garbage Truck..... Great builds John, better than what's on the box.
RatRod
Thanks a bunch Greg, I figured you would like 'em! Box Art models are a big favorite of mine, especially vintage kits. I have another one almost finished, and many more to go. I really like your AMT '34, I have a couple in my stash, and even with that kits discrepancy's you made one fantastic '70's hotrod. I really dig Bob's Streaker Vette too!!!
hemi
Here is a monza that I built two years ago.
RatRod
Here's another one of my Tom Daniel creations, the Cherry Bomb. I deviated a little on the chopper, but it's cooler now!
turn1wonder
If I remember right from surfing the web, Mr. Geiger's entry in this topic is different from most if not all others. The build before the box top! Bob
Scott Colmer
The background matches the box top. I'll have to get a pic and post it. Scott Hosted on Fotki

Tom Geiger
If I remember right from surfing the web, Mr. Geiger's entry in this topic is different from most if not all others. The build before the box top! Bob You are correct Bob! That is one of the four cars on the box, built from a test shot. Dave told me to build it red, with some mud, and a little custom was okay, but only using parts from the kit. The test shot had no chrome so I did the grill in body color to make it a bit different than the 3 other trucks on the box. Thanks for noticing! Jantrix
One of these days, I'm going to have to do this. It's hard enough for me to do a box stock, much less matching the box art. It would be quite a challenge.
Belugawrx
Good idea Greg! Here's my Revell 32 3 window from a few years ago...have always liked the box art on this kit! awesome!!
mrknowetall
Does this count? I actually did this box art build for AMT/ERTL in the early nineties. Three of them, two of which are on the side panel. And I can't say they were particularly fun to build. I lifted the image from eBay.

Ira
I've always had a hard time building models straight out of the box. One day, a friend challenged me to do exactly that. While this isn't a car, it is a mode of transportation and it is on topic, sooooo...... Great Build Joe!
