slusher Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Great looking old racer. l really enjoy seeing them..
rv1963 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Great work on this one, I really like the vintage stock cars because they looks so much like street cars.
bbowser Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Great model! I especially like the grill work and the front & rear tie-downs, nice details.
satterwhite78 Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 There's enuff lettering all up and down the side of that car to keep TWO sign painter's busy right up to race day. Sharp ride!

Sharp ride!Yes, the decals took a lot of time to create, but I always wanted to do this model for its historical significance.
Jonathan Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 You should sell those decals! I'd be in line for a set! Very, very nice work!

MarkJ Posted April 23, 2015 Author Posted April 23, 2015 Had an accident with this one. walking by the display case lost my balance fell into it and knocked it to the floor. Body came apart from the frame, Was able to save it.
jdcar32 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Cant go wrong with a vintage Nascar build, especially a Fireball car ! Nice details, fuel overflow, cut down seat, hood straps, 6 lug wheels and all.............
Old Coyote Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Great build Mark ............. that looks simply outstanding
Silver Foxx Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Real nice work on this , gotta love the old racers .
MarkJ Posted April 27, 2015 Author Posted April 27, 2015 Maxx, I used the kit wheels and tires but changed the wheels from 5 lug to 6 lug.
MarkJ Posted April 27, 2015 Author Posted April 27, 2015 Here are the finished wheels and tires. The ppp tires and wheels are just too big for this model. makes it look like an off road vehicle.
