BluePopsicle Posted December 4, 2013 Author Posted December 4, 2013 I'd love to take credit for the window details, but the glass came that way in the box. =) Thanks for the compliments though. I really appreciate it.
Ramfins59 Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Nice job Jon, it looks great, but did you forget taillights..??...........and you KNOW that Harry's wondering where the mirror is (LOL).
BluePopsicle Posted December 4, 2013 Author Posted December 4, 2013 Thanks Richard and Del! Richard: No I didn't forget them. I thinking about how to attach them without taking the chance of jackin' up my paint.
Jordan 191 Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 I always attached tail lights with white (Elmer's) glue. They stay attached since they weigh nothing and there is no risk to paint.
BluePopsicle Posted December 4, 2013 Author Posted December 4, 2013 That's a good idea Adam, I'll have my son try to find some right now.
BluePopsicle Posted December 4, 2013 Author Posted December 4, 2013 .....and you KNOW that Harry's wondering where the mirror is (LOL). Lucky for me this kit doesn't come with mirrors. =P
Greg Cullinan Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Like that paint job. Cool color as well.
BluePopsicle Posted December 5, 2013 Author Posted December 5, 2013 Thank you both Jim and Greg. I'm glad you like it. I got the tail lights put on although a little off. I'm not going to be overly concerned about it as it will be backed up into the book shelf. =)
PappyD340 Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 Very NICE hot rod Jon, love the paint job, great work!!
