StevenGuthmiller Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 (edited) Here's one more for you guys. This one was my "holy grail" & I will confess, I paid way too much for it! Guess I got caught up in the heat of the moment. Nice thing was, it was such a "pristine" kit, I got away without even having to paint it! Just gave the yellow plastic it was molded in a good polishing, added some detailing, some fresh tires & rechromed bumpers & "Viola", instant Plymouth! I felt it was a resonable facsimile to the factory "Maize" color available in '61 so I thought, why paint it! Along with the '61 New Yorker from my previous post, these are becoming very difficult to find in restorable condition. This one wasn't even a restoration, pretty much just a brand new out of the box build. Steve Edited April 24, 2018 by StevenGuthmiller

Tom Geiger Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Love the 61. I have an All American resin that's been in a box for way too long
Sixties Sam Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Wow! That's nice! I'm glad to see those old Jo-Han kits being saved. Nice work! Sam

W-409 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Super Nice Fury! One of the best looking Mopars in my opinion and you definitely did it a justice. Great job with polishing the plastic, it looks like painted to me and good job with BMF, too. Very sharp looking Mopar.
peekay Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Another great old rare kit beautifully built, and the colour is perfect. I share your taste in cars and love the results you achieve.
