What colour is this blue on the cop car?

Only pic i could find of a Crown Vic (i know is a couple of years too late car). You can see what colour i have used but hopefully you guys can tell me. decal sheet says Testors/GM blue but thats no use to me. want to make a vignette like this.

Either with this NYPD car (and couple of yellow cabs other side of the stree) or a EMS maybe and some figures

Testors GM Engine Blue is the color you are referring to in the instructions. The color "Ford Grabber Blue" is really close match for NYPD cars and it's relatively easy to find; Tamiya TS10 French Blue maybe the closest match in their range. The Sky Blue you show may be just a tad too light, but it would look good in scale I think.
