Where do you live? I posted a topic a few months back asking how others had gotten their model supplies.In far away locations most said they have a hobby shop nearby.

There is something going on with this company. No of my 3 local shops that carry it can get it anymore. I highly doubt the links posted above have it in stock. A good alternative is Plastruct Bondene

Thought I read somewhere on this forum someone using MEK (methel Ethel keytone) as a substitute. Suppose to be the same thing and 10x cheaper available in hardware stores.

You're right, it can be hard to get. My LHS had Ambroid, then Tenax, then Bondene, and now Ambroid again. FWIW, Ambroid is not the same as MEK. It is methylene chloride, and IMO is stronger and faster than MEK. I agree with Dale that Bondene is a good alternative.

I haven't used it, but I'm told MEK is REALLY nasty stuff and must be used in a well ventilated area.
