Color is still

What's the plan for body color? Call me old school but I think military olive drab green would look spectacular, whatever color you end up going with it will like awesome, keep it going

Color is between Olive Drab and Sand Tan. Can't decide which one yet. Leaning more toward the OD.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.

Does the body sit back on the frame over the engine or is it stretched out like a funny car? Cool project.

Edit-- facepalm I just looked at the first page... sometimes I forget to look at the first page...

Had a minor set back two weeks ago when I severely sprained my ankle and was un able to sit at my desk because I had to keep it elevated. Finally got to where I could sit for a short amount of time and got back to work earlier this week. Got the body painted (Tamiya TS-28 Olive Drab w/ Testors DullCoat over the decals) and decaled. Decals are from the AMT Hogan's Heroes Reissue. Waiting on some photo etched tabs so I can mount the front coilovers and then its down to final assembly. With any luck this one will be done soon. Till then, here's a few mock up pics.

Other than a few minor details I'm calling this one done!

The chassis warped sometime during assembly so it is sitting with weights and shims on it to try and straighten it out. I still have a few little touch ups and things like hose clamps to add, then a final cleaning and I'll post it in the under glass section. Even though it has fought me most of the way, it was a fun build, but I'm glad to be finished with it and on to my next build.
