TRaymo
Bridgstone 726s are the best lug drive you can buy! I'd buy a lot of them. Cast it they will sell!

KJ790
I got my first set of 3D printed tires today. I want to make a few tweaks and have them re-printed before I make a mold, but all in all they came out pretty good.

BigBad
I know I'm building all my trucks with proper drive tires since the first time I put them on a truck. They just have the correct look.
KJ790
Here is how the RY617 tires will look on the 5-hole Budd rims and trailer hubs I am making. Edited August 29, 2014 by KJ790

KJ790
First tire fresh out of the mold. All in all I am happy with it. I also have a picture of the tire on one of the new rims I will be casting soon.
Petetrucker07
Those look really good. Keep us posted when they are available. Have you thought about doing super single rims and tires?

KJ790
Those look really good. Keep us posted when they are available. Have you thought about doing super single rims and tires? Thanks! I have thought about making some super single rims and tires, I just have to have the time to draw them up. At the moment I am busy making molds for the 4 tires that I currently have, as well as an assortment of rims and other parts that I have 3D printed. KJ790
Yes Ben makes great parts, I have used many of them in the past. My parts are of similar quality. I strive to use my 3D CAD drawing experience to make the most realistic looking parts that I can.
KJ790
Here is a complete wheel set. I have been building up a stock pile of my stemco oil hubs, brake drums, drive hubs, and hub caps. I have 2-hole and 5-hole rims in 22.5" and 24.5" sizes, but I am still working on making molds for all of these.
chuckyr
This appears to be 1/25th scale. You should make those in 1/24th scale for Italeri model trucks.
KJ790
This appears to be 1/25th scale. You should make those in 1/24th scale for Italeri model trucks. They are 1/25 scale, but the 24.5" rims actually fit the Italeri tires perfectly.
chuckyr
The rims need to be to scale.
Petetrucker07
If they fit the kit tires, i would call it to scale. If makes you feel better they can be listed as 22" 1/24 instead of 24 1/25.

KJ790
It's not whether it makes me feel better, it's proper scale. The problem is that Italeri wheels are not to 1/24 scale. Ever measure one? They work out to 23" in diameter in 1/24 scale. They work out to 24" in 1/25 scale however.
