  1. Wow, this is such an adventurous project. I will definitely be watching this one come together ?
  2. That is the best 32 3-window model i have seen in a very very long time ? I love the old school look, and that colour suits the build perfectly. Great job ?
  3. That's a great idea. I used a modified version though. I took her with me to the local hobby shop and got her to choose her favorite orange from the SMS Paint colours on display. Her pick was Marigold which is a very yellowy orange so probably better than I expected. Should look good ??
  4. I'm digging the look you have settled on for this. I definitely learn a heap about Hot Rodding by following your builds, that's for sure. Love it ?
  5. Wow, that looks so good. I love the way you think the modifications through, and the results are great ?
  6. This is another of my projects. Its a Revell '32 Ford (Mix of the Hi-Boy body with the 5-Window fenders). I call it 'The Brooklyn Roadster" as I'm building it for my 6 year old daughter. The engine is from the Monogram '59 Caddy with extra parts from the Revell Parts Pack (Exhaust and Intake Manifolds), 6 Strombergs from the Revell '30 Model A Coupe and a 3D printed Tremec gearbox (Platinum Scale). I'm going for a modern build in a vintage style so I'm using 3D printed Studebaker Halibrand wheels (3D Scale Parts) and still deciding on tires. My daughter has recently expressed her desire for it to be Orange!!!...... so, now I'm currently deciding how to incorporate that into the theme lol. Anyway, please let me know what you think so far ?
  7. Thanks guys ? I just hope i can keep some momentum up!!
  8. Hi guys, I thought I would finally get to posting up my WIP build of a 1955 Chevy Cameo. The theme is kind of a father and son working on upgrades in the 60's. They are Hot Rodding it a bit, while keeping it on the road. This is why I have weathered the chassis and all the bolt on bits will be clean. I will be using the 409W from the AMT 62 Impala kit for a bit more power. Let me know what you think ?
  9. Love this car, one of my favorites. Great job executing all the subtle mods into your kit ? Can't wait to see this progress further.
  10. Hey guys, i am slowly getting back into the hobby after a bit of a slump (more than a bit). I build pretty much anything with four wheels, but like Custom Cars and Endurance Racing the most. Glad there is lots of inspiration here to keep me motivated. Should post up some new builds soon
