  3. Many thanks guys!
  4. My second favorite Batmobile...I added scale lighting, air brushed the model per the full size prop so it shifts in color, and made a base to display it.
  5. So my mods continue...As great as the model is the interior needs some love. Using plastic and scratch built parts I filled in where the dash is...of course the addition of the figure and the rotating guns on the front...more to come.
  6. My Moebius 1/25 BATMAN V SUPERMAN Batmobile build...I have scratch built an interior per the full size prop and added a customized Figure to reflect the new Batman. The interior was done with sheet styrene, brass tubing, aluminum tubing, photo etch, wire etc...Next up lighting...
  7. My scratch built interior progress and moving front guns.
  8. I decided to make the cockpit open per the full size prop, since I will be super detailing the interior with scratch built parts....
  9. Many Sincere thanks!
  10. Many thanks! Here is the finished exterior. I plan on super detailing the interior with scratch building etc...
  11. Many thanks guys!
  12. I deviated from the instruction assembly sequence several times(that's just me). Just a quick recap...I airbrushed the model during the course of major sub assembly builds. Again, based on the reference pics I have found it appears different depending on the light source...I went with the actual prop's pictures that can be found on the net. I tinted the Windows, Added detail washes, The Wheels are semi Gloss Black as are various bolts. There is also brass highlights here and there. Again as mentioned, I plan on detailing the cockpit based on reference pictures I have collected. Again, a fun build for me and at 10.5" a nice size. Highly recommended!!!
  13. Many thanks again!
  14. A couple more Diorama pics...
  15. My 1/25 1989 BATMOBILE build. The model was airbrushed several different colors to reflect the effect seen in the first Tim Burton Batman film, The head rests for the seats in the cockpit were hollowed out and replaced with fabric, The model features "in scale" lighting from my friend Ralph Tenaglia of TENNACONTROLS(I can't say enough about Ralph's products! I used his standard 1/25 Car lighting kit), The light pattern switches via a reed switch and magnet, The on/off switch is hidden under the car, the Battery is replace by removing the Turbine nose on the car...this build will be part of a diorama. A Video and more pictures to come.
  16. Thanks very much indeed! These are actually two different builds. The last two are from the recent Reissue from Polar Lights/Round 2...they fixed the front tires to look more accurate. The other pics I replaced the Tires with rubber Mickey Thompson Tires... I am going to install lighting into this kit...I'll start a separate thread when I do!
  17. Many thanks guys!
  18. Here is my second favorite Batmobile after the original 1966 car...The 1989 Keaton Batmobile...I added a figure, tinted the cockpit windshield and swapped out the front tires.
  19. I just watched the pilot again...It seems they keep switching back and fourth between the Hero car And other Car that was used as the "Mistaken for Starsky's, but not really car".
