I got the kit from Madman today,,,,positives> the body is beautiful ,came with 2 grille options (one with the "Superlight" and 2 bumper options ,with and without bumperettes ,interior looks good ,engine and wheels ok,,,the bad>>> the chassis pan is a cross between a pro touring or something GM'ish with coil over shocks and full upper and lower control arms,,,no torsion bars or struts or something that would resemble the "C" body front stub frame with a "K" member ,,,so I'll have to deal with that ,,being 1/24th maybe I can pirate some stuff from a Monogram Mopar kit .Other than that it will be my future California Highway Patrol build with steelies and dogdish caps,,I already have some CHP decals. Any other ideas on the front suspension I'm open for comments .The kits rear leaf springs are ok and something that sorta try's to look like an 8-3/4 ,,,lol

Thanks Francis! My Dad had a 64 Travelall and 2 69 Scouts along with his 70 Fleetstar/Holmes 600 wrecker ,,,so I have a soft spot for Cornbinders ! I should have the Polara by the end of the week,,I'll start a thread for the build when I get it . Working part time has cut into my bench time,,,but I like the $$ ,,,,lol

Waiting for some stuff from Joe at Fireball for the Dart so I started on this 62 IH Travelall 3D print from Madman Models I picked up on ebay awhile back ,,just shot the color today ,,,thinking either a few different shades of gray or a combo blue/gray for the interior ,Very nice quality 3D print job with a detailed 345 V8

Nice progress Brian,,the dash looks great -
Finished her up,,a tired old Monogram 80's kit with poor body proportions given a little transformation ,added wheel opening moldings,,the Fireball tires and steelies with some old Kitbash Corner dog dish caps helped a lot .I should have deleted the sunroof ,,but all in all came out better than expected . Another small build coming up,,,an all 3D print job ,,gotta clean up the bench 1st

I'm going to do a few small builds while I try to decide my next big project (most likely the GSMT Brockway 361 which is on order).I got this Revell 80 Ramcharger at last years NNL East,,I was going to put my 5.9 Cummins in it but have other plans for that engine. This will be an out of the box build except I'm building it as a 74 Plymouth Trail Duster with a 3D print grille/hood and emblems .I shaved off all the Ramcharger trim and badges and got the body painted over the weekend .I used some Duplicolor rattle can touchup paint from the 90's I have a bunch of colors left from that period when I was building,,all new,,still good! . Tomorrow I have to take a new truck up to Binghampton,N.Y. ,,,looks like the weather will be ok .
