This is pretty good. love the color, and I am amazed that you are making your own dash panels to make a right hand steering set up. Good job. Just an aside, if you ever get your hands on a late 70s AMC Matador, they sold the real cars in Oz with right hand drive. Just a cool bizarrely designed car that I really like. https://www.curbsideclassic.com/blog/cc-cohort/cohort-capsule-1976-rambler-matador-x-coupe-one-of-80-made-in-australia/

Too Many Projects? I know a 69 could be converted.

About the slats. Australians are known to put those in the rear window on the inside. Photos of these Aussie cars will reveal this to be so. Not sure, but maybe to keep bright sunlight from backing the inside of the car. Quite hot and sunny there.

Love this car, I'm currently working on a convertible version. It was a glue bomb also with all kinds of glue burns, broken windshield and someone tried to do the custom pick up version. I rebuilt the trunk area and pulled a windsheild from from a Johan Plymouth wagon.

I know last year I mentioned that they only had a 3 speed if you wanted manual. I did dig deeper and found the AMA list for Buick. They had the three speed only as the manual. If you knew someone at Flint or really great friends with the dealer like my grandfather you could order almost anything. So it is possible that a Wildcat could exist out there with a factory four speed. My grandfather had a 69 Buick Skylark Custom that was ordered with all the GS bits underneath but no GS call outs or trim on the body. The dealer put an Olds 442 style fresh air intake mounted under the bumpers. This thing was a sleeper.

I have a test shot of a round window Taurus NASCAR racer. Accurate Miniatures was thinking about releasing this but never did. Could someone like Salvino's JR acquire the tooling for this model and add it to their line up? It would be a good addition to their inventory in my opinion. I'm not building it because decals would be difficult to locate for it. Moldings look very nice to my eye. Very detailed. Not selling this. I'm giving it to a friend who builds racing cars.

Ollies will be opening stores in Fond Du lac Wisconsin and West Bend Wisconsin. The West Bend store will open on the 12th of February. I do not know when the FDL store is opening yet.

I like all three cars they are working on. The Chevy because I like station wagons, and also two of my fave MOPARS. -

Interesting techniques in regard to a windex bottle spray. -
STS decals could make a custom set for you. They did my chrome FARGO decals for my cab over Dodge truck conversion to my Canadian version. Excellent decals

Nice. I owned a 73 Eldo rag top when I lived in Santa Barbara. Great cruising car. I am going to have to make a 73 now that I have seen yours.

Nice way to overcome the problems to make this car.

I don't know if that body color/interior color combo was ever offered, but I like it.

Beautiful limousine. Where did the Cadillac crest decals come from if I may ask?

Super sharp. Great color

The 48 Caddy had a flat head engine V8, 49 was the first year for a OHV V8 -
There is so much wrong with that body. A member of our club did this kit and as I recall, he had to section a bit from the body, correct the hood and section the grille too. Lots of work..
