  1. Sweet you must have been reading my mind! I've been tossing around the idea of picking one of these kits up on ebay or the lhs.. Looks like a really nice kit, I want to be sure and get my hands on some HUGE rims/tires though
  2. Nice kit choice, I just bought one myself should start it real soon.. I had to open it the other night looks like a nice kit.. I love the doors..
  3. Very cool!! I just picked up 1 of those kits from MegaHobby.. The thing is HUGE I cant wait to start the build..

  5. Oh boy those are nice!! I'm going to be needing about 3 of those real soon!! Nice work

  9. Looking great Mr. Metallic! I picked up that very same bike model a few days ago on ebay and had a blast putting it together. Since just getting back into model building I didnt do really anything fancy. I still need to catch up on all the tricks, tips, etc I missed out on all these years of not building. But I like the ideas you have. I plan to pick up another maybe 2 and see what I can do to them! Keep up the cool work! Here's a few of mine still needs some plug wire, maybe brake line, etc "remember its nothing fancy" http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Cru2/DSCN0359-1.jpg http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Cru2/DSCN0360.jpg http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Cru2/DSCN0362-1.jpg
  10. These guys went all OUT on these.. And I am betting that us plastic guys could use parts, frames etc but I dont know if I'd wanna take one apart!! http://www.pro-lineracing.com/soreal/index.html
  11. I am new to the concept of "detailing" painting, engine detail, spark plug wire, ignition wire, fuel, brake lines, etc.. I came across a post about using telephone wire, I know model master etc makes wire kits and sells the wire, well tonight I was digging through my wire pile and ya guys know those "USB" cables that come with any sort of printer, camera, etc you buy well afterawhile if you are like me they pile up.. I cut through one to find this nasty metal wire but inside of that were 4 wires green, red, white, and black.. JACKPOT!! So now instead of awaiting my first wiring kit to arrive from scalemodelsbychris I am going to give wiring a motor a go.. Just thought I'd share this with ya but I am sure someone already knew about it..
