Over time I'll be posting my pictures of gas stations and garages, etc. Here's one from western Massachusetts (Belchertown). B&W pictures are from 1992, while the color ones are from 1999. UPDATE: I have come across a recent picture showing the present condition of the structure. While it does still stand today, it has been much modified. I was unaware of this configuration, as I had not seen the building since 1999. I have added this image, from the historical building archive of the state of Massachusetts known as MACRIS. According to the historical survey, this one originally dated to around 1939, and was an ESSO station.

Hi guys. Sharing my last built, a 1/25 1969 Cadillac wagon resin kit by Dan Decko. Kuddos to Dan to bring such a rare Cadillac on the market. Sources differ a bit on the exact number produced that year. Between 5 to 14 commissioned by GM to chauffeur their executives around for the 1969 Indy 500 race season. Probably 5 Fleetwood and the rest as DeVille series. A very cool but tough model to build though, my sample was not really straight so fitting body, bumpers and chassis all together brought me some headaches. I brought some light body modifications such as a more accurate curve to the sides of the roof, on the windows trim, and add the lower body trim moldings on the rocker panels. I've painted her in Chateau Mauve Firemist metallic, an accurate '69 color for Cadillac and add extra details on roof and trunk lid. Hope you'll like her.

So after far too long I have finally ahve a place of my own to get back into modeling. Its been so long I am not even sure if any of the paints/glues or other liquids are even still usable. So basically I manage an apartment complex and there are 3 outside storage units. 1 has been converted into the Maintenance work area, the 2nd a appliance storage space and the third, will now be so I can build again. Its not pretty but it will do: In the individual storage spaces I have all my personal belongings. Camping equipment, Annual holiday decorations etc.. But I will be utilizing the space directly behind the desk to keep the paint and other stuff that does not need to stay on the desk unless its being used. Good news is I got space to store the bike and other tools also so now its out of the apartment As you can see there is plenty of space. Its a bit of a mess right now but I will eventually get it all cleaned up and clutter free. Its kind fo fun setting all this up too because I am seeing things I have not seen in like 3-5 years! Found my old collection of wheels too haha Anyways, I will update this as I clean it up and make it nice! Just happy I have the space now. Cheers,
