dublin boy Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 (edited) The black trim was great fun.. and is far from perfect around the 'smile' rubber in particular. This one is pretty much curbside, but went together very well, almost Tamiya quality. Tamiya candy lime green rattle can, cleared and polished out. Click on the small pics. Dragline Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 That is an eye popping color. It's great from where i sit. Well done. Bob
Scalper Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 (edited) Nice job. Paint is killer. Did the wheels come with the kit? Edited April 21, 2015 by Scalper
dublin boy Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 Thanks guys! The kit comes with those wheels as well as a set of fuchs alloys.
om617 Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Very nice Porsche. I like that you painted the headlight buckets in bodycolor. Chrome rings dont match these later models with all the black trim. Subjective taste of coarse. Great build.
dublin boy Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 Thanks Tommy. I think only the very early 911 Turbos had some chrome trim. They might have even been US spec 930's as they were called over there. Hows the kit supply in Norway?
