NASCAR kit of a '80 Buick Regal or similar body style

I don't know exactly what years Buick made this body style. Has to be a Buick. Can anyone recommend a specific kit? Thanks

'80 or so Regal... Monogram has several of similar vintage...

I'll look around and see if I can find a 78-80' regal kit. You could probably get away with using the 81, but it would be a lot of cutting up. I'll attach a 78/79 (80 has dual headlights, same body) and an 81-87 regal so you can see the difference.

You can get the Monogram Grand National for a stock G body chassis and Buick interior. It has the turbo V6 but 1/24 V8s aren't hard to come by.

Just out of curiosity, Brian, they did make a model of the Grand National? I wonder how much they go for now? But I think I'll go for the NASCAR version. Thanks.

Yep, they sure did. You're looking at around $20 or so for one on eBay. Just search "grand national 1:24" in eBay.
