This is one of the kits my friend John gave me 3 weeks ago. I painted this Tamiya's Grey Green Military spray. I didn't clear coat this one, instead I polished out the semi-gloss finish to a full shine. The interior in a darker shade of Tamiya's Military Green and tinted the glass with 3 light coats of Tamiya's Clear Blue. BMF all emblems and trim, black washed where needed and polished out one more time with The Treatment Model Wax.

Thanks for looking.

Al

Very nice Al!

The color suits it perfectly.

You have to admit, someone in the design department @ Chrysler Corp. must have been hitting the sauce a little in the early 60s.

Some of these old mopars are awfully hard to love! :D

That is really nice!!

When I was young I thought such subdued colours were absolute dullsville but now I love them.

Some of them are definitely a little wacky... but this one is just beautiful. B)

Very clean..just the way I like them, stock..the '63 downsized Mopars look a lot better than the '62s, IMO...the '62s had some very strange contours..
