guitarsam326 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Ok, here she is, the only thing i have left to add is door decals. I still dont have photoshop, nor have i decided on a company logo. Anyway, here it is!
Petetrucker07 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Great work Sam. This looks like a work horse. It all came together really nice. Well done. Lookin forward to what you come up with next on your bench.
Superpeterbilt Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I'm glad to see this dude finished. All of the added details have really stepped up this often underrated kit. I especially like the wheels, headache rack, catwalk, and the wiring/plumbing. The wheels really brought it from a kit, to a model. Great job Sam. You get better with every build.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Sam, this thing is awesome! That is one of the best headache racks that I have ever seen on model. The vent glasses are a nice touch. You know I'm partial to the workhorses. Excellent work!!
guitarsam326 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 Thanks fellas!Clayton- my next project will be the first time i start something but probably wont finish till later....it also wont be in the big rig section!Terry- thanks for the complements, i wish i redid the headache rack, i like the design, but theres some imperfections i should have addressed, but theres always a next time!Brian- thanks man, my favorite parts of the truck are the vent windowswindows and of course paying homage to good ol NC with the front plates!
towman1271 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Awesome looking workhorse.. Great detailing!

#1Volsfan Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Great build Sam. Just the right amount of detail and weathering makes this look like the real deal. If you don't mind my asking, where did your chain binders come from?

If you don't mind my asking, where did your chain binders come from?thanks man! The chain binders are working chain binders from kfs, i snagged em off ebay real cheap. They're not too hard to assemble either.
kilrathy10 Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Could have sworn I had commented on this one, but I guess not.....This is an awesome looking model....One of the best Paystars I've seen to date....Great job on the detail....The open doors....The weathering....Everything looks awesome....
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 A Big Congratulations to Sam who won the best of show in the automotive class in Salisbury yesterday for this very nice build.
Plastheniker Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Convincing in every respect, just the right degree of wheathering. I agree, the wheels are the icing on the cake.
