Jay's Customs Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 This is a truck I built in the beginning of the year. It's the Revell '77 GMC truck with snow plow that I built as an old work truck. Here is a shot of the interior. Sorry for the blurry picture. I added a shovel and a bag of sand in the bed. The bag is to add weight in the back for traction and is actually a tea pouch. Here's an image of the engine bay. Not terribly detailed, but still realistic and cool. And here's a photo of the rusting I did to the undercarriage. All comments are appreciated! Jay
Renegade Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Looks rode hard and put up wet. Great build.

disabled modeler Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 Thanks, I worked hard on it. What year is your truck for it to be as rusty as this?1984 Silverado 4x4 1/2 ton long bed...53,000. miles was a farm only truck all its life till I got it. I have a 64 Chevy junkyard pickup build posted here a few pages back on the lowest truck thread.
Jay's Customs Posted December 4, 2015 Author Posted December 4, 2015 I'll try to find it then, and thanks!

gatorincebu Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Cool build. I really like the weathering on the chassis. Very realistic. Be Well Gator
Jonathan Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 That looks great! It's exactly how I think this kit should look - like a work truck! Well done!
