H.O. scale city

I had some vacation time I had to kill so me, my wife and grandkids went off to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. I had to share this H.O. scale dio of Chicago with those who never been there to see this amazing set up.Its hard to take it all in or explain whats going on, so heres a bunch of pictures from every area of the city.

Boy that takes me back. Went there several times when I lived in Illinois.

The old layout was O scale of 1/48 vs the 1/87 scale today. The old layout still held up well when it was removed. It's nice now....but wish they had kept the O version.
