Another nice  drag car in an overlooked class, modified production.

I LIKE the realism here, no giant blowers, too huge slicks etc. A VERY NICE representation of MP!

I've wanted to build an old Modified Production car for a long time, but I never got into it as I have too many unfinished projects already... You did a fantastic job on this one though. Very nice paint and decal work, I think this has the correct look and feel to be a Vintage Drag Car. Thanks for posting, excellent work!

Excellent work John! I really miss the modified class with all its high winding engines. My favorite (which I saw in person many times) was the 6 cylinder "Pocket Rocket" Chevy II driven by Cotton Perry....Those were the days.

I agree Darryl, my favorites were a couple of cars built by my "hometown favorite" Modified Production builder, Carroll Caudle   .... the hardtop was a C/MP and the 4-door was a D/MP
