Harry Joy Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 No spray cans this time, trying to get over my automotive finish issues. Painted with Tamiya acrylics (silver is Tamiya X-11 Chrome Silver) and Alclad. And my year in models - five completed cars, one real space. Two cars are underway, but there is no way I'll finish them this year:
Monty Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I could be mistaken but I don't recall seeing individual posts for the Olds, the Riviera or the Fairlady. Looks like nice work overall.

Bob Ellis Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 People complain about the MPC 1967 GTO, but it looks fine to me. It actually looks great Harry.

I thought you picked great colors for each of those builds, and it was nice to see those cars in close-up pics. I look forward to seeing what you create in 2016.
Harry Joy Posted December 22, 2015 Author Posted December 22, 2015 Thanks guys! I really appreciate the kind words - and even more all the tips I've learned from all of you in a very short time! FYI - for the time being I will continue to bow to my wife's wishes with colors, options and trim. She's making good choices.
Speedfreak Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Nice group of builds Harry! Nice colors on all of them.
Harry Joy Posted December 23, 2015 Author Posted December 23, 2015 Thanks again!I don't want to jinx it - but I may get one more finished before the year is out.
