bonehead23 Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 (edited) Remember this one? I actually finished it, but it took a lot of sanding, priming, and putty....repeat several times. I used Plum Crazy for the body, Purple-licious for the fenders. Wheels came from an old tin toy. I have an old Model Car Journal from 1992 that shows this body, made by Mike's Miniature Motors.... but it was somewhat less than flawless. See what i started with in "On the workbench" Edited February 20, 2016 by bonehead23
GTJUNIOR Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 This turned out better than I expected, considering what you started with. Looks pretty mean.
Davewilly Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Looks pretty nice...the wheels are a nice look for it.
misterNNL Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 You are a patient builder for sure to bring this to any state of shininess(?) at all considering what you started with.
