Hi everyone,

Freightliner I painted in a plain light blue metallic of Testors (Pontiac Engine blue) and built without Decor, I find that emphasizes the classical form of the truck and nothing distracts them from.

Also in this old Italeri kit I have the plastic tires replaced with rubber tires, then a few additional parts and finished was the Freightliner ............

Greeting Jan

    Jan,

You did a excellent job on this one. And I agree about not using those decals that come with the kit. I think this truck looks pretty good in the plain Jane wrapper .

Excellent work, my friend....This is a great looking truck.....Very nice execution.....I like the single color paint, as well....I find that some of those kit decals can be a bit over bearing.....Sometimes a simple shiny paint job is all you need...And excellent swap on the tires.....I've always hated those plastic ones.......Great job....
