Crazy Ed Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I like how you added interest to the engine bay! Well Done.
Dann Tier Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Beautiful ! I love those colors !Agreed!, one of my favorite kits as well!
aurfalien Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Wow! Looks perfect!I've one of these as well but I don't think I'll be getting to it any time soon as I've a long way to go.
Monty Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 My compliments on a great build. The paint came out nice and the engine detailing you did really helps sell it. I'm also glad you mentioned that you used Gravity Colors' paints. I looked them up and found that they offer a number of shades that match several mfrs and race teams' colors, i.e. the Gulf colors you used here. They are a little pricey, but sometimes being able to source those specific shades can be worth every penny.

Rider Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Lloyd, i've seen that color scheme somewhere before with flames lol, no idea what you're talking about.
vamach1 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Very very nice. At one time the only choice was the very pricey Thunder Valley resin kit or the sketchy IMC kit.
Silver Foxx Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 This is a very nice build , I like the engine detail , well done .
MrObsessive Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 One of my all time favorite road racers! Absolutely beautiful job! I'll have to keep Gravity Colors in mind too as I have this one------along with HRM's complete engine for it. Heaven knows when I'll get to building it though!
louie Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Wow, that is beautiful. Nice work. You definitely nailed it. Thanks. Jeff
