New Club In Kansas

this is just to let ppl know

we are starting up a new club

in wichita kansas we meet at senaca bowl

2nd thursday at 6;30 p.m so are meeting is tonite

ok had are 3 meeting growing a lil now we're up to 7 members and i talked to a few guys and brother

talked to 2 guys at fle market

ok meeting #4 this thursday and iam hoping to see 10 or more ppl at this meeting

i talked to more guys over the past 3 weeks dropped off flyers

okhad are may meeting there was 10 ppl there

voted on cars 1st was mitch capps with his

55 chevy ddl

2nd was tim with his 06 mustang prostock

so we had a good turn out

ok it's been to long just got home from dec meet glad to say 4 new members

so now we are 20 member strong hoping for more soon

ok we had a great meeting this month 4 new members 2 of them are jr builders one is 8yr and one is 14yr

yep there is some good builds in this club and some new builds age 8 and 14 son's of mattew johnson

so we hope to grow more over this next yr of 2009 and hope to get a contest or two going

i will give a model to the 1 st winner and a set of tries and rims to the 2nd place winner

I just ran across your thread. I would love to try to attend , but Tues's aren't good for me as I work days Mon-Fri & I live in Salina. I would, however, be interested in coming to a show/contest if you were to have one on a weekend.

Shawn, we now have our meetings on the 2nd Sat of each month at 1 pm. The meetings are held at the Automobilia store at Central & Mosely. It's in oldtown, next meeting is tomorrow.
