Steve, that is absolutely, terrifically BEAUTIFUL!!

Spanish Red is my favorite color for a '66 300, and the finish on yours is outta sight!

In regards to the pics.........I originally saw your photos on my iPhone  at work, and they did look squished but now I'm seeing 'em on my laptop, and they look just fine------dare I say perfect! Maybe it's the resolution some devices are defaulted to display certain things?? I don't know but needless to say, I'm saving your pics!

I have two of these-------one de-built one with some roof damage.......some kind of solvent got on it from the previous guy who had it, and I've had it for many years. The other one is a very clean built-up I got off the 'Bay sometime last year, and paid a pretty penny for it! :o

The de-built one with the roof damage I may build that one and turn it into a convertible, using the leftover top as a basis for an uptop. I LOVE the shape of the uptops on those!

Once again, gorgeous job and I see you're teasing me with a WIP of a '65 Plymouth! You're tempting me to one day do something with the Johans I got as I have a '66 Fury hardtop that calls my name from time to time. ;)

Thank you Bill!

I have a '66 Plymouth to build as well someday, hopefully soon, but mine is a convertible.

I'll chime in, too, gorgeous & no photo squishing on my end! I also agree about the the flake in the paint being so perfect for the scale. Very nice!

Seems to me, it has something to do with the size that your photo host stores them at. If I knew how, I would tell you how to check your photo upload size, and how to adjust it. Someone here must know how. What is your photo hosting site?

Here is a screen shot of what I see on my monitor...

The size of your window determines whether your pic is squished. Harry, I expect you have a pretty good screen so if you make your view window wider (full size?) it un-squishes. Small screens I'm not sure about. I can slide between squished and unsquished.

Such a lovely model Steven. I hope you can bring some of your stuff to NNL North in Bloomington in two weeks. I'd like to see them.

Your paint and foil work is outstanding, and I love your subject matter.  Keep them coming.  (I'm on the non-squished team, 22" monitor)

Thank you so much guys!

I'm humbled!

Such encouraging words from everyone is the greatest motivation there is for the next one.

I still had the "photo studio" set up from the other day so I thought, "why not".

Decided I should add a few indoor photos as well.

Thanks again everyone!!

Still squished.

I don't know why you see me as "crying." I'm just saying that your photos are too big and appear distorted on my screen, and on other member's screens, too. It's not about me whining, it's about your photos being too big. Why not just post smaller photos instead of trying to make this my problem?

Still looks fine on mine, with quite a bit of room to spare horizontally.

Relax Harry.

I was only kidding around with you.

I only saw a few responses of people mentioning that the photos looked "squished".

Most of the responses that mentioned it said the photos looked just fine.

I prefer to post larger pictures, but if it's going to cause a problem, I'll see what I can change in the future.

The photo I just posted was resized down from 161.59 KB to 71.48 KB.

How much smaller do I need to go?
