Intmd8r Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Nice work. Love the tags on the car-suit the subject well
ChrisBcritter Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Very cool! Could we see a shot of the chassis to see how you finished the front end setup? By the way, member crowe-t is looking for the stock wheelcovers if you didn't use them:
JTalmage Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Gorgeous build. I really do like it. Kinda reminds me of the hearse that Tony Stewart had built for himself a few years back. A blackwash to the grille and valvecovers/air cleaner, and maybe smoke wash to bring out the detail in the rims, along with chrome door handles/locks, and some chrome mirrors, and a wired distributor would really put it over the top.
thatz4u Posted June 4, 2016 Author Posted June 4, 2016 Chris, I used the spindles from the 49 Merc & the lower a-arms from the Caddy, from the bottom it appears to be stock. Very cool! Did this one just for fun, didn't have time for a lot of detail work on this one, maybe on the next hearse
thatz4u Posted June 20, 2016 Author Posted June 20, 2016 Glad you liked it, 2 more are waiting to be built..
