Test fit cowl behind engine and seat. Because this is 1/20 th kit, none of my 1/24 & 1/25 scale racing drivers fit.

Cool ! I built that kit not too long ago and the only problem I remember was the track was way tight and put to much pressure on the wheel assembly.

Thanks guys. Yes cobraman, what a pain making up all the jockeywheels and the track. To join the rubber track I tried two sorts of glue and they both came appart! So I looked out my mini-stappler and hey presto!

here's a few more build pics and two final staged pics of the finished subject....................

fit steering in cab and the three steering arms

Fit cab  cowl.................

There are two seats in the kit this is the rubber one, the other is white plastic..............

Fit rear chrome panel and roll over bar................................

Finished in the cabin.......................

Staged....................

A lot of parts, steering arms, steering wheel were chrome plated so I stripped this off and painted white.

Thanks Lloyd, yes I use my art/decal knowledge for graphics, and also print my own decals if I can't see online what I want to achieve.

Great stuff Pat. Making my own decals is another area I want to get into. Just need to get a good app and printer first.

I use a Samsung digital zoom mini camera, Samsung Master programme. I put most pics onto a standard picture file. I then use a word document for each group of decals, which helps in sizing and print directly onto either clear or white backed decal computer paper. As soon as it comes out of the printer I dash out into my cabin in the garden where all the modelling is done. Spray the paper with two coats (letting each one dry) of clear acrylic gloss and about an hour after printing I can start to use them!

Sorry I'm not trying to teach granny to suck eggs as we say here in the UK. This is just the way I do it!

Yes it looks a fun kit Scott until you try and put the tracks on the jockey wheels and find the tracks are way too tight to stretch!
