Renegade
Very cool. I have been getting a lot of models at the flea market lately as I set up there every weekend and a lot of vendors know I like them and will let me know if they have any. Usually don't pay over $5.00 each and most of the time much less. Great place to find kits and builtups.
Snake45
Very cool! What are your plans for it?
oldnslow
no plans right now, looking around to see if parts are available, how much they cost etc. I have the windshield area from a 67 convertible but I haven't got it out to see if it will fit. wheels and tires would be changed , the tail light is the only part I'm worried about. oldnslow
here's another one I picked a month ago, don't think I posted it, a 59 Country Sedan wagon, think I got it for a couple of bucks. It has hard plastic wheels and tires and a metal plate chassis. while I'm at it ,here's a little Beretta I picked up at a vegetable stand on the side of the road. straight promo. Robert, I have one of those myself that was in similar condition when I got it. I have been working away on it. I have a suggestion for a parts source, an AMT 1970 Chevy. It will give you a correct fitting windshield, and the frame can be made by carefully modifying the part from the hardtop. You are on your own for sunvisors.
