Seriously, it 's an old International Harvester, so It came from the factory like that.

For an actual old hot rod, check out this Model T based speedster from the 1927 movie "Wings"  The scene tastes place just before America when to war.  Along with the custom bodywork, it looks like the front and rear suspension have been lowered as well.
