I did a quick build on this little Schwinn bike to get it off my bench. It builds up simple with only 7 parts. I tried to give it redline tires but it ended up looking more like red wheels instead. Oh well, I used a green sharpie for the "Pea picker" look of that era. The steering works and the wheels turn. I thought it would look good on the back of a pick up I want to build later.

Looks great. I too built one with my Model A wagon a couple of years ago. It's a very nice kit for its scale. Now if we could convince Round 2 to reissue MPC's 1/8 scale Stingray. Which was the Pea Picker, by the way.

Also I like the red wheels. It may not look like red line tires (B.F. Goodrich Tiger Paws for bikes). But, it sure looks cool.

Thanks everyone, I wasn't sure how many veiwers I'd have in this section because I only frequent the model car fourm. But now that I was redirected it's like I've found a whole other site.
