935k3 Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 (edited) This one is done. The license plate was printed on photo paper then cutout. The small red lights above the exhausts are white decal with TS-27 Clear Red airbrushed over. The WIP is here 911 Turbo Edited November 5, 2016 by 935k3 1

Toast Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 Your Porsche turned out great! All the extra work you did shows. Nice work!Really looks clean with the license plates removed as well.,. Thank you for sharing.
GeeBee Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 Superb build, the extra details you put into the build certainly paid off ....
jefropas Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 I like it!! Was hoping it was the old Monogram kit to see what can be done with it, I'm not overly motivated to throw it together... Jeff
bbowser Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 Great paint. Love the choice of interior color to complement the exterior, well done.
Super Mario Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 The blue and black trim, whale tail looks really nice on that turbo. Isn't that Lumberg's car from Office Space? Ha
iamsuperdan Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 The blue and black trim, whale tail looks really nice on that turbo. Isn't that Lumberg's car from Office Space? Halolz. But no. Lumberg just had a standard 911SC with the Carrera spoiler. Not a turbo at all. Like how this one turned out. I think I need to grab this kit. One fo the local stores has had it on the shelf for ages now.
Ace-Garageguy Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 VERY nice. Besides all your exceptionally clean detail work, did you also adjust the stance? This model just seems to sit better than others I've seen, looks right.

ZIL 111V Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Stunning! + love the blue color combination (ext/int) Spectacular looks for a "curbside", a real beauty.
Dann Tier Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 definitely a beautiful build! -love the blue interior as well!!
Nells250 Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Thought I read a while back that that kit doesn't have a lot of separate exterior parts... is that the case? If so, the amount of masking you had to do is INSANE!
Randy D Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Hi Dale, Outstanding build and paint!!! Randy
