vintagercr Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 John, it looks like you hit another one out of the park
JerseyRed Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 WOW!!! I read through the WIP twice already and will a few more times I'm sure. Thanks for taking the time to document your build. It's really appreciated.
rv1963 Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 Outstanding finish as I new it would be, there is nothing I don't like about this model, it is always a pleasure to see any model you have built.
doggie427 Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 (edited) Wonderful model as always John. I think this might be my favourite of all your great builds. The weathering and subtle paint effects are especially inspiring. Edited November 6, 2016 by doggie427
Nytrozilla Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 On delivery day, can we get some pics of the happy new owner and the real deal together? Now this may simply be my severely malfunctioning brain pan, but I see an image of a face in the rollcage in the 1st picture, but in none of the others. Is this an optical delusion? Possibly the background thru the rear window? Bizarre man.Congratz on yet another amazing build and thank you for letting us watch it happen.
tim boyd Posted November 8, 2016 Posted November 8, 2016 John....that is a really fascinating subject for a model, and a great opportunity for you to demonstrate once again your modeling talent....which you have very convincingly so.In addition to the outstanding model, I really like your low-angle outdoor pictures - they really lend a realistic background that makes the onlooker do a double-take and ask - is that real or a model? Congratulations TIM
