How-To or Where to Get Custom Decals Printed

I want to model a Dodge Viper SRT-10 ACR 'VooDoo Edition' and it's got some graphics on it that are actually white...I've got a decal making kit but obviously white decals become an issue.  Any ideas as to how-to create a white decal or does anyone know of anyone that 'commissions' custom decal creation?  I've got plenty of pictures to work from, so it would be too hard for someone who knew what they were doing.
