gtx6970
Anyone know of a kit containing a steering wheel even close to the one on the right ? Its the optional 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner / GTX rim blow wheel ,, It doesn't have to be 100% dead on, but close enough I can work with it. Snake45
MPC '69 Camaro wheel is kinda-sorta in the ballpark. I MIGHT have one in my box of random leftover Camaro parts. If it'll work, and IF I have it (if I DO have it, at least I know where it is), it's yours.http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/mpc-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/chevrolet/1961-1970/mpc-69-camaro-ss-38/1969chevroletcamaro-10.html
Snake45
It looks like the old Monogram '70 Chevelle has the same type of wheel, too.http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/instruction_sheetsh/instruction_sheets/revell-3/revell-70-chevelle-/img789.html#media

Snake45
You might be able to make out the MPC Camaro wheel in this pic. Would that work for you?

Snake45
Well I checked my Box of Misfit Camaro Parts (two of them, in fact) and I don't have one in there--just Firebird wheels from that issue. But I have at least one AMT '70 Chevelle bought JUST to break up for parts*, so if that has it and it will work for you and you don't have one, you can have it. *It's probably going to be losing its headlight lenses to a certain '68 El Camino very, very soon. gtx6970
'70 Ford? Steve WOW,,,, Thats perfect. almost as if they were thinking if me many years agao. Ironic part is ,,,in the 1/1 world you use the repop ford horn ring to repair/ restore the often damaged Mopar versions
Casey
The MPC '71-'78 Dodge van kits, as well as the Rescue 911 (and maybe the semi-recently reissued yellow custom version) version contain the wheel you're looking for.
