Steering wheel source ????

Anyone know of a kit containing a steering wheel even close to the one on the right ?

Its the optional 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner / GTX rim blow wheel ,, It doesn't have to be 100% dead on, but close enough I can work with it.

MPC '69 Camaro wheel is kinda-sorta in the ballpark. I MIGHT have one in my box of random leftover Camaro parts. If it'll work, and IF I have it (if I DO have it, at least I know where it is), it's yours.

It looks like the old Monogram '70 Chevelle has the same type of wheel, too.

You might be able to make out the MPC Camaro wheel in this pic. Would that work for you?

1970 Chevelle  got me thinking.

Ive got an AMT kit in the stash. so went looking for it and I think it might be close enough.

Well I checked my Box of Misfit Camaro Parts (two of them, in fact) and I don't have one in there--just Firebird wheels from that issue.

But I have at least one AMT '70 Chevelle bought JUST to break up for parts*, so if that has it and it will work for you and you don't have one, you can have it.

*It's probably going to be losing its headlight lenses to a certain '68 El Camino very, very soon.

Ironic part is ,,,in the 1/1 world you use the repop ford horn ring to repair/ restore  the often  damaged Mopar versions

The MPC '71-'78 Dodge van kits, as well as the Rescue 911 (and maybe the semi-recently reissued yellow custom version) version contain the wheel you're looking for.
