Mike Chernecki
Does anyone know the correct color to use on the gold wheels available on the Lamborghini Countach? I have several gold and brass colors, but nothing is close. Edited May 24, 2017 by Mike Chernecki
landman
You don't want anything metallic, by that I mean with flakes. Perhaps Alclad gold with dullcote or some sort of acrylic gold leaf.
Scalper
Tamiya rattle can gold could work

935k3
Tamiya rattle can gold could work I second that. Tamiya TS-21 Gold. The sheen is good as is, no clear over needed. It will look a little better if you decant and airbrush it. The gold wheels below were airbrushed TS-21 Edited May 25, 2017 by 935k3
peteski
That is an unusual (satin metallic) color. I wonder if adding bit of silver paint to the brass/gold paint would give the right look? That is if you airbrushing them of course. Do a spoon test before painting the wheels.
